TweetChat Networking - More Info

Some of you are a little confused by the idea of tweetchat networking...but fear not, because we're breaking it down for you right here.

An example conversation on the #LondonOlympics

Tweetchat functions like a kind of chat room. Who you chat to depends on which #hashtag you choose to follow.

Go to tweetchat.com and sign in with your twitter account.

Step #1:

At the top of the page, you can choose to follow all tweets with a certain #hashtag. You'll need to enter the hash tag that we give you so that you can follow the frooly networking conversation.

Step #2:

Make a comment and click update. Your comment will be tweeted on twitter and added to the conversation. The relevant #hashtag will be automatically added to your tweet...

Step #3:

Set the refresh speed. By default the feed will refresh every 10 seconds revealing comments from other frooly networkers. You can change the refresh speed to suit you, up to once every minute.

Step #4:

Follow the conversation and engage. Now tweetchat will do the hard work to bring you all tweets in the conversation, and filter out all the irrelevant tweets that normally clog the feed.

N.B. Any comment you make is a tweet, and so will also be tweeted on twitter as normal.

If you're still unsure, leave us a comment and we'll get back to you.
