New Facebook Integration For Frooly Businesses!

Link your frooly shop with your facebook business page!

Whether you think it's for better or worse, there's no denying that facebook has changed the world. The way people interact, communicate ideas, and respond to each other has changed so significantly that businesses have been forced to embrace social networking as a means of marketing their brand and engaging their customers.

Here at frooly, we understand that one recommendation from a friend or peer is far more powerful than a well placed advert, especially in terms of converting basic brand awareness into actions. That's why our phase one facebook integration was all about allowing shoppers to log in via facebook and share what they found with the people they know.

And now, facebook integration for frooly's business owners has arrived.

Our product development team have been working tirelessly on this exciting new release, which will allow all you shop owners to synchronise your facebook business page with your frooly shop. That means that when you're 'liked' on facebook, you're also 'liked' on frooly (and vice versa), and that those of you who have 500 fans on your facebook business page will now have (yes, you guessed it) 500 fans of your frooly shop!

It also means that when you add a news post or post a picture to your frooly site, or upload products to your frooly shop, you will be given the option to share that content with all your fans on facebook.

The theory is that increased exposure will result in increased sales... crazy logic, I know!!

How do you synchronise the two? Well, the next time you add something to your shop you'll be prompted. Just follow the instructions on the screen and go with it. If you can't wait until then, you are able to do it manually via your 'Business Settings'.

If you have any difficulties, let us know, so we can make the process as smooth as possible for all our shop owners.

  1. Great work on the feature Mo.

We're already thinking about the next version of Facebook integration. Endless possibilities but as always we will keep the feature as simple as possible, yet retaining maximum effectiveness!

Let frooly know if you have any specific ideas or business needs!
